For the couple who has everything selected and planned out but just needs a little advice and management to enjoy this special time. After the initial consultation you become a part of our family and will receive a complete vendor guide and tips on how to stay on budget and on schedule as you plan your special day. A month out, the real work will begin and we will meet to finalize the details. This last meeting will be a final walk through the venue to hear about your plans you have made and how you wish them to be executed. We will provide you and the vendors with a timeline to ensure everything you have envisioned comes to life! Our team will be there from start to finish on your special day so that you can focus on celebrating and cherishing this special time.

Full Service Wedding Planning and Design
The full plan and design is for the couples who want us to take them through the entire wedding planning journey, hand select a trusted team of creatives and vendors, provide unlimited advice and manage every small detail! We will constantly be working on having your dream wedding become reality, ensuring that you are on schedule and on budget for your big day!
After our first meeting, we will create a custom proposal tailored to your specific needs. Then, we will begin our planning process and schedule design and budget meetings to hone in on more of your story, style and needs. From there we will begin selecting vendors that fit your vision, as well as figure out logistics and details. We can even help you plan your engagement party, bachelorette party and bridal shower!
As the big day approaches, we will do a venue walkthrough and arrange a final details meeting where we will discuss seating charts, finalize layouts and create a timeline for your vendors, bridal party and family! The week of your wedding we will become the main point of contact for all vendors . On the day you marry your best friend we will ensure your vision comes to life so that you can focus on creating celebrating and cherishing this special time.

Our floral style is one of a kind! Lead designer, Sarah searches tirelessly for the perfect blooms to help you cherish and celebrate this special time! From our centerpieces to our hand tied bouquets, each design is known for being lush and visually interesting . We work with all different styles to create an custom design that suit your style and aesthetic as a couple!
To provide our couples with the best services we only take a limited number of floral clients per season with a minimum investment of $2,000. The process begins with you filling out our floral questionnaire so we can create a custom proposal. Once you sign and book us we will continue to work with you on the overall design, alter centerpiece counts, and floral selection up until three weeks before your big day!

The Patina Rentals collection began with Sarah's love to refurbish furniture and give it life once again. Alongside her husband they have curated both vintage and hand-picked pieces to create a one of kind and growing collection! We have a love for mid-century modern and the classic vintage Persian aesthetic. Not your style? We are open to working with different visions and sourcing items to help you create the wedding your envisioning!
